What's the big deal ladies? Yes, you can still go in there. No shame in my game. I think their stuff is cheapy but cute. These make carrying money look sleek, chic and most of all, if you don't wanna carry a bulky wristlet or a heavy purse, just bring this, throw in some Altoids and go.


2. An Eclectic CD


The Fame Monster, Universal Religion (Sold at Armani Exchange) or any other edgy artists will do. Why? Because when you're getting dressed or putting on make-up, you need to have motivation. You need to feel sexy in order to become sexy.

3. A Web Cam

I think that any real fashionista can understand the usefulness of a web cam. I have a Mac, but if I had a PC, It'd have to have a web cam installed. Why? Well if you're getting dressed and you're home alone...well come on, you always need a second opinion. More often, you look fabulous and you don't need anyone to verify. Compliments anyone? Duh! This is an instant confidence booster. Try Best Buy if you have an older model of computer. Otherwise, set up your webcam now!

4. A pair of killer flats

This is a MUST have. when you go out, you probably wear your highest, haut-ess heels. realistically, you don't need them while you're in the cab or walking downtown to get cocktails before the party. Buy some flats that match almost everything (I'd suggest black, pewter, gold--the colors of metals. That way, they'll match your jewelry or your purse). Then you'll have a "i'm sexy but practical" look when you go in starbucks for a pre-party pick me up. also note that I don't advise unloading your entire check on a pair of flats. for God's sake, their just flats.


5. (at least) 3 shades of Lipgloss
Why? simple, you never want people to adjust to one type of look. have a brown tint, a red or pink tint and then a neutral. this can change your LIFE. lips can be a focal point. and while your staying busy and looking sexy, why not have a little pop appeal. Really wanna spice it up? get a purple or sage or magenta. (not for use at work) Once you have all these shades, start flippin em up. When one starts to fade and you need to re-apply, go ahead try another tint. Lipgloss comes in all sorts of colors-- don't be scared :)
